Digables Movement is a digital virtual studio that supports you by weaving more movement, breath-work, and nutrients into your everyday life from the comfort of your own environment saving time and facilitating results that stick.

 

We offer personal training and classes on breath work, mindful strength building, mobility and flexibility training. It's a unique combination of yoga, Pilates, bodyweight exercises, and functional movement that you'd find in many physical therapy sessions. We focus on establishing movement patterns that you will use in everyday life.
